I would rate this company zero stars if possible! This service is a total scam! I ordered two customized keychains featuring my husband's eyes and one with mine. Instead, I received a keychain with just the words 'My Soulmate' on it. The phone number provided in the confirmation doesn't even work! I'm convinced the positive reviews are fabricated to deceive people. A lesson learned, indeed!

I asked friends for their opinions, and they all confirmed it doesn’t say 'Charlotte.' I emailed the support team, who insisted the order was correct and offered a 50% discount on my next purchase, which I declined. The company refuses to refund or accept a return. Their website outlines refund processes, but they won’t clarify what that process entails. This company is a waste of time.
This company and its customer service are absolutely terrible. I should have checked the negative reviews beforehand! Their website only highlights a few good ones. I regret ordering customized items, especially those with images. They don’t allow you to preview your customization before payment, so you’re unaware of what it will look like until after production. If there's a mistake, they charge an additional fee to fix it or keep part of your money if you cancel. Throughout three days, I interacted with three different representatives, none of whom understood my case, leading to repetitive generic responses. If their system allowed previews, these issues could have been avoided. Please steer clear of ordering any customized items from this service and hope you don't have to deal with their poor customer service.
