The communication from the representative was entirely lacking. I discussed purchasing our land with him, and he assured me he would return my call after reaching out initially. However, he completely disappeared. This is unprofessional.
Jessie bought some property from me and everything went great . Very simple process title company sent me the paperwork to sign and notarize sent it back in prepaid envelope they closed the next day. They wired the money to my account the same day of closing.
