This has been the WORST buying experience I’ve ever had. Firstly, the treadmill did not run properly so I requested a return and refund. It has been OVER a month of emails back and forth with me getting the run around about shipping labels and jumping me from representative to representative. I’ve not talked to the same customer service person once. It’s always “we are working on your request” Really? For a month? Then I was offered $30 to keep a broken machine?! Seriously? This is not an ethical company and they don’t back their products, if I could give no stars I would have. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY!
Great walking treadmill, very comfortable to walk on, very easy to use, and also very quiet.Most importantly, I had a few question on shipment and received prompt/courteous replies. So the after sale support was top shelf as well. I would definitely recommend the product and company.
The walking pad is exactly as advertised and described and was easy to set up. The shipping and delivery experience was fast, and the product came incredibly well packaged. Recommending this brand and specific product to any family and friends who are looking for a walking pad.
