This is the 4th time that I have used Cadogan Tate (formerly Rogers Removals for me). Overall the experience has been 5 star.The move did not go entirely smoothly, but the amazingly supportive customer service and aftercare was faultless, which redeemed Cadogan’s 5 star status!Moving is stressful, particularly when it’s after 20yrs of living somewhere! The movers were, on the whole, brilliant, packing up and moving A LOT of stuff with great zest and efficiency! It’s hard work and my move was a downsize, so once the movers started to get the stuff in, it was very tricky with the HUGE amount of boxes to fit into a smaller house.However, they failed to do some key things in time, such as re-attach/plumb in my washer and dryer and un-pack the fragiles, which had all been agreed and pre-paid for. They also managed to break a couple of key items, such as my bed. But, the volume of the job had been under-estimated and to the credit of the after-care team, they were amazing at handling the fall-out.Re. the un-packing help, Lacey helped authorise two movers to come and assist me for a few hours, which really furthered my progress in emptying boxes of books, dvds and even helped with moving some furniture into place. And when I discovered that my bed and a couple of items had been broken in the moving process, Ian in the claims department had the bed assessed for the possibility of it being fixed, but once it was determined as properly broken, he secured the finances for a replacement within a week! Plus, every time I was visited, the Cadogan team would take away all of the unpacked boxes, which has been a great relief and aid to feeling uncluttered and at home.I found all of the Cadogan Tate employees to be: professional, efficient, kind and considerate throughout.In short, I thoroughly recommend Cadogan Tate as Moving is a very stressful process and though they are not the cheapest, they are well worth the money you spend and I felt very valued and looked after from start to finish!
