Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. Their misleading $100 discount offer only applies to select packages, and my session was poorly managed. After paying $130 and waiting four hours, only three photos were taken, necessitating a reschedule. Communication issues persisted as I never received a promised price sheet, despite multiple requests. The lack of transparency regarding pricing and unprofessional service, including photographers in their early and mid-20s without supervision, made for a frustrating and overpriced senior photo experience. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this provider.

Frustrating experience with my order.

I placed an order and made a payment for a photo portfolio on December 3rd, but it never arrived, despite receiving promotional magnets. When I contacted customer support, I learned that my payment had been incorrectly applied to an unrelated issue involving someone else's unreturned sample photos. I did not place an order in September, don’t live at that address, and did not authorize my payment for another person's account. Initially, the company claimed the portfolio was 'delivered' before my order even existed and tried to reassign my payment without consent. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Payments should not be redirected without permission, and customers should not be held accountable for disputes involving other households. I'm still seeking either delivery of the product I purchased or a full refund. I advise others to be cautious when placing orders.

A scam, total waste of money.

This is horrible! You think you’re getting a good deal, then they hit you with a thousand dollars for your photos?!? For digital files?!? They initially quoted around $300 for the shoot, but to actually receive the digital photos, you have to pay an additional $900! The photos were mediocre, ones that could have been taken on a modern smartphone. I spent over $1,000 and only liked about four of the photos I received. Do not go to this place; it's the biggest scam!

If I could give them a negative star, I would.

If I could give them a negative star, I certainly would. 1. I had to pay just to set up an appointment for portraits. 2. Paid a hefty amount for a digital package to print my own photos. 3. They charge extra for photo corrections on acne and glare in glasses. 4. The photos I received had no glare in the glasses initially, but after paying for a lesser correction on my son’s acne, they reversed the glare since I didn’t pay for the full correction package, even though it was already removed in my proofs. 5. They submitted a poor photo for my son's yearbook. When I contacted customer support to revert to the original photos, they said it couldn’t be done. They are truly the worst; schools should consider using a different company. I will never purchase pictures from them again.

Avoid giving them your phone number or important email!

Somehow, I signed up through my kids' school, and I deeply regret it. They have sent me 16 text messages in three months, which is absolutely absurd. I’ve heard others complain about the volume of emails and spam they send, but it’s truly intrusive and a sad way to conduct business. I finally unsubscribed from their communications. The only reason I hesitated was to not miss anything important for my kids' portraits, but at this point, I have to cut my losses as it's becoming very frustrating.

They are scammers.

They are dishonest. I have two degrees and have been a nurse for 20 years. I read the fine print. They placed their stipulations in fine print after checkout, and I was billed ten months later. Just today, in fact. I’m locking my card and disputing the charge. I even offered to return the portfolio because the photos were not only terrible, but the portfolio is a joke. It isn’t worth the amount they charge. They also make sure to charge for shipping. You have 60 days to return it, but they don’t notify you at all; they wait and then charge you ten months later?!? After calling, there was no compromise, and they were unwilling to work with me. If your child is a senior and the school uses this company, refuse and ensure the school knows about this.

The worst experience ever!

This has been the worst experience imaginable! Five stars for ruining what should be a special time for my daughter! I've been trying to get a simple task completed, premium retouching, since September. I was told it was finished, only to find out it was never done. I'm hoping to resolve it in time for the yearbook.

Long waits, high prices, poor service.

I arrived on time for my photo shoot, but it took three hours to get all the pictures taken. The system was ridiculous—just jump in any line and wait. On the day of purchase, expect to spend a fortune. Don’t believe that promotions will be honored. I’m currently trying to get them to honor two promotions for us. We ordered the basic package, and when I said, 'we just want the basic package,' the presenter looked down on us. I felt disrespected throughout our time there. I hated the experience and wish we had hired a local photographer instead.

The pricing is extremely high, and I strongly believe that the service provider should be replaced with a better option.
