Review Time
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company on November 18th, and now it's December 30th. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. The customer service keeps saying the glasses are still in the quality testing phase. I've had better service from my local optometrist. I recommend avoiding orders from this company.
I’ve been using these safety glasses for my daily work, and they’ve really impressed me. They’re lightweight yet feel very sturdy, with crystal-clear lenses that make it easy to stay focused on detailed tasks. Even after long hours, they stay comfortable and don’t slip. Great combination of protection, quality, and comfort.
I’ve been using these glasses both at work and in my free time, and they’ve become my go-to pair. They offer excellent protection without compromising on style, and they’re comfortable enough to wear all day. The build quality feels solid, and I’ll definitely be ordering another pair in the future.
I wish I could provide a comment on the quality of their safety glasses, however, after over a month, I have yet to receive my glasses. I have chatted with and spoken to customer service and they promise the order will be shipped ANY DAY now, yet my order status still shows "In Lab". I have called to cancel my order a few times, and each time they say, "You can return them if you don't like them". I purchased these safety glasses to prevent injury, and each time I play my sport, I am at risk of injury, which is WHY I ordered safety glasses. At this point, I am going to order from another vendor and just reject delivery of their product if/when it does arrive and demand an immediate refund.
The final product is as hoped: comfortable & great vision. Hiccups getting there as my strong prescription could not be made to fit the frames I originally requested, per a CA Glasses email weeks after request submission. Possibly an improvement would be to know beforehand which frames are incompatible with what strength prescriptions. This took about a month to work through.
The only reason for the one star is because I cannot give zero stars and write this review. After numerous attempts at reaching out to CS, I finally got a response 39 days after the order. All of a sudden, the status on their website shows shipped after my last email which states my order was delivered by USPS 8 days ago. Never got it and requested a full refund. This place looks very fraudulent. I will update this review if I get a refund soon.
Again, if I could leave a negative 100 stars I would. CAGlasses finally reached out to me to correct the order I never received after I posted the negative review. They recommended 3 different frames before finally selecting one. After over a month of back and forth and giving me the run around, they would not make or ship my glasses until I removed the negative review. I told them I would remove the negative review when I received the correct glasses. Now, they will not respond to me like they did the first time, second time and third time. Thankfully, I did not fall their false promises this time. CAGlasses has the worst customer service that continues to get worse.
