My experience with the product was very satisfying when I was using it, I also had a small issue with the subscription after I stopped using originality.ai but the support team ( especially Ellie ) were very helpful in resolving it.
The chat support was great, but the AI detector said definitely original sentences were AI. Ellie explained a setting which should help it, but since it detected AI writing or AI assist in sentences which had never been run though anything, I am still reserving judgement.
Maybe my brain is artificial. I'll let you know what the neurologist says when I have a chance to check it out.
Originality.ai has significantly increased my confidence in my graduate-level submissions. I have come to appreciate the different modes of AI detectors that it features; however, I have come to fall in love with the meticulous approach of the plagiarism and fact checker. The combination of features and interfaces really sets me up for success. I would also like to appreciate their customer service package thus far, which is absolutely on point.
