First time ordering and had issue with payment and no free gift.. first attempt said cards were at its limit so could only use cash app crypto or zelle...did not have either so I activated zelle after way too much confusion about crypto..sent me a link to a YouTube video that was removed bc it violated community standards 🤷 then zelle was under maintenance 😡 but now cards were accepted for payment..says using zelle, cash app gives free gift.. no cash app tag so I used my cash app card and told only for crypto.. also didn't get my referral discount bc I was told to redo my order and referral code was "used" for first attempted order 😡 chat said I could still use but keeps telling me error... Order received fairly quickly and discreet, satisfied with products
Cali Canna is a great company! I've placed six orders with them, and except for the last order (I believe they were having problems accepting Zelle payments), I've no complaints at all. Whenever I've had any questions, I was able to speak to them via Insta chat or through email. When communicating with them via email, they were very responsive, and I really appreciated that.
