They reached out in the end...Bad customer service. If they give u credit for something you paid a promo price for then when you try to use it they want u to pay full ticket then use. Same robotic answers they give when i asked for special request. I need my plug to accommodate. Can get their goods any where. Lol they think their chit dont stink. No pun intended. Shop around. You can get premium elsewhere and it is bullchit about thc etc...they lie.
