My experience with Rippling been pretty good overall. Things run smoother because a lot of HR and IT stuff happens automatic, so we don’t waste time doing same steps again. Onboarding is fast, people get their access right away, and the system keeps everything in one place so we don’t lose track. A few things confusing sometimes, but mostly it works fine
I have a good experience using Rippling software. Its makes HR and payroll management very easy and organized and I like on its everything such as employee data, attendance, and payroll is available in one place. The interface is clean and simple so it does not take much time to understand and Automation features save a lot of manual work. Overall Rippling helps manage tasks faster and reduces errors that makes work more efficient and stress free.
My insurance was cancelled without any prior notice. I was informed by the provider that due to my previous company using their software, I needed to go through the designated platform. However, the issue is that there’s no way to contact them directly, and they don't reply to emails. Now, my pregnant wife and young daughter are left without healthcare until the new year. This experience has made dealing with insurance incredibly frustrating.
