Extremely negative experience. The service works, but when I attempted to cancel my subscription, the website crashes and thus doesn't allow me to cancel my subscription, leaving me extremely frusturated, with support offering no help and telling me to go and click cancel.

Calilio makes business calls easy. Setup is quick, call us clear, and managing agent from the app is simple. Ai feature like call summaries, Ivr and call anaytics are very helpful. On the downsute, sometime settings are bit hidden and advanced features take time to get used to.
I was looking for a VOIP phone service. I found Calilio. Exactly what I needed. I booked a Demo with Anoj. Very knowledgeable about the service. He explained how it worked the system is simple. After signing up got the documents approved, got an email i bought a number. At first it didn't work so I emailed Anoj, He responded quickly. Told me I had forgot to put money in my wallet. I did that made a call it rang. The next AM my daughter called us. Worked wonderfully. Now we can do what we need to do. Thanks Anoj, GREAT SERVICE.
