Everything from the sign up to adding what I want my fans to send to me is so simple and the process to thank my fans is so simple. The process for gifts is super quick, I had an order a week later and even cash transfers is easy and quick! You couldn't ask for anything easier!
I placed an order for two items for a client and was billed for both, but only one item was delivered. The support team confirmed the order but couldn't provide any information on when the second item would be shipped. They kept citing customer privacy, but I only wanted to know if it had shipped. They were unable to provide even that basic information. A first impression is crucial, and I won't be returning to this service.
Using this platform is a lot of fun! I wish there was a way to correct an incorrect address. It can be awkward when the price of a gift changes after I've added it to my list, making it uncomfortable to ask the recipient to cover the difference.
I'm really enjoying this platform! It's super easy for supporters to contribute, and the anonymous gifting and category options add a personal touch. The only drawback is the reliance on your current audience, as finding new fans through this platform is somewhat limited. Still, a fantastic service overall!
