The glasses I received arrived promptly. Unfortunately, they didn't fit my face well. I contacted the support team, and my email was responded to the next day. The representative was excellent in handling my inquiries and provided me with various options. I chose to request a refund, which was processed swiftly. I would definitely consider using this service again. The representative was very helpful and courteous. Communication was effective, and the selection of glasses is impressive. I plan to return once I have my new prescription.
My experience with Firmoo has been truly great. I initially ordered two pair of glasses but when I received them I didn’t really like the fit on me and decided to ask for a refund. The team reached out to me super quickly and proceeded with the refund on my card, plus they let me keep the glasses and have me the option to donate them saving me the effort of shipping them back. This is the best glasses web site I've come across. Highly recommend Firmoo. I have Graves disease and my perscription is always a bit tricky, because one eye is worse than the other. I have bought glasses off my optometrist but they are so dear and I have to provide my own frames, so I have been on the lookout for a online place.that is good quality and a bit cheaper. My latest pair of glasses are spot on and are so comfortable and can see really well. I also had my perscription put into my sunglasses and I feel my eyes relax as soon as I put them on .
