I ordered a toy on December 4th, thinking I had allowed enough time for it to arrive for my granddaughter for Christmas. 😞 Now it's the 23rd, and I still haven't received it! The service keeps assuring me it's on the way, even claiming it has been delivered, which is not true. I strongly advise against ordering from this platform.

This is a company pretending to be based in the UK, but it’s actually from another country, and the products lack proper safety certification. I recently ordered a set of toys for a friend's one-year-old, and they arrived poorly packaged without any instructions. Most concerning was the absence of safety certification. I reached out to the seller to express my worries and requested a refund. Although they replied, they ignored my safety concerns and insisted I return the items at my own cost to get a refund, minus the shipping fees. When I pushed back, they only offered a partial refund, deducting the original shipping cost. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
I ordered a game for my grandson on November 19th and have yet to see it. The tracking just says it’s in transit. I will never order from this company again—avoid them at all costs. I've given up hope of my order arriving.

I am still waiting for my delivery or a refund. After reading reviews and looking at the website closely, I realize I may have made a huge mistake. I wish I had checked this out before purchasing.
