Disappointing experience

What a disappointment! I ordered wallpaper and paid nearly £300, only to find the quality was horrendous and the image was completely different. I was not satisfied, so I attempted to return it for a refund. However, when I reached out to the seller for clarification, I received no response. This is unacceptable! It feels like a fraudulent operation with subpar quality. I want to caution others to be wary of dealing with them. I emailed multiple times but got no reply. Think carefully before ordering from this company.

Very disappointed with defective wallpaper and no response

We ordered printed wallpaper from this company. After installation, we noticed unexpected white streaks along the seams. We contacted customer support immediately with photos and a detailed explanation but received no response. For a company that promotes 'high-quality products,' this is utterly unacceptable. Given the high price of this wallpaper, the quality falls far below reasonable expectations, even without printing defects. Very disappointing experience. I reached out to support again, but the lack of assistance remains the same.

Great wallpaper overall

The wallpaper is fantastic, but it is larger than my wall, so I haven't installed it yet. I'm waiting for a response to my last email where they requested a photo of the intended area. I'll give them some time to reply before proceeding.
