They were very attentive to my questions and responded quickly. At times, it seemed the representative was more invested in the interview results than I was. :) Overall, my experience with the service has been extremely positive.
The platform has a clean design and user interface. The AI interviewer was effective, though there were occasional delays in response. It would be helpful if the AI interviewer reminded users to close the tab after the interview. Overall, I really enjoyed the onboarding process.
