My new daughter-In-Law and I visited Lynne at the end of December ahead of her wedding in February.
From our arrival Lynne couldn't have done more to put Ruby at ease and helped her find the most beautiful, perfect dress that certainly stood out from the rest.
She arranged for the dress to be altered to fit perfectly and gave me a step by step guide so that I could fasten the lacing on the day.
Ruby and I will always be grateful to her for her help and support, not least an email on the day of the wedding sending her best wishes for their future.

Interesting how there were negative reviews about this bridal studio as far back as 2017, yet the owner only decided to respond years later on November 25. Even more interesting that multiple negative reviews from different years all magically received replies on the exact same date. That doesn’t come across as genuine customer care — it comes across as damage control. If these concerns were truly important, they would’ve been addressed when they were raised, not dusted off years later to clean up an online image. Feels reactive, performative, and frankly a bit suspicious.

Cambridge Bridal Studio is a great Location with easy parking and a wonderfully laid out spacious Comfortable studio with a wonderful selection of dresses. Lynne instantly made us feel welcome and at ease. Her advice and guidance on which styles would suit me was invaluable. It made the whole dress shopping experience so smooth and easy and more importantly enjoyable and fun. Lynne ensured I stayed within my budget and suggested which veils and accessories would complement my dress. I look forward to my next appointment where I will choose all my bridesmaid dresses from the vast selection on offer which can be dyed to my choice of colour. I have no hesitation recommending Cambridge Bridal Studio to any bride bridesmaid or mother of the bride.
