Nordic Atelier really hit the nail on the head when it comes to customer service. I had quite a few problems with the checkout process as I tried to buy a few items but for some reason the website just didn't let me checkout. Apart from that, the online support was really amazing and patient with me throughout the whole ordeal. Extremely happy that i finally managed to pay and my items are on the way. Would've been a 5 star but the process just stressed me out too much! Hopefully its a lot easier next time.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They are major scammers and drop shipping items that are utterly useless and not at all as described in their ads. They refuse to give me a return address or my money back. I have emails to prove that once you ask them for a return address they just ignore and blank you.
