This is a total disappointment. The actual product is nothing like the enticing pictures. It's much smaller than advertised (about 15cm/6ins tall), and while the light flickers a bit, it doesn’t resemble a real flame. The material is opaque plastic instead of clear glass. It's cheap and unattractive, far from what was promised. I really should have checked the reviews beforehand.
I purchased two lamps late last year. One works perfectly, but the other stopped functioning within two months without any visible damage. I reached out to the service team but received no reply. The quality is poor, with a chance it might work great or fail unexpectedly.
I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I only ordered one, but I wanted six. I mistakenly chose a camp torch instead of a lantern, assuming they were all solar. It's just a plastic bulb that screws in, which is white instead of clear, and flickers orange when plugged in, but I’m unsure where to use it. I tried it with an existing lamp, but it was completely useless.
This is a complete scam! I would give it zero stars if I could. The products are incredibly cheap and do not resemble the images at all. They are smaller than shown, and our lamps only worked when held upside down. I received no response regarding a refund. They seem poorly manufactured.
I agree with the previous comments and only wish I’d read them before ordering. DO NOT order these lamps; they bear no resemblance to the images shown. They are extremely small and look cheap. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Please do not purchase them.
I would rate it less than one star. The product is overpriced and completely misrepresented online regarding size, appearance, and quality. It's pitiful and grossly overpriced for such a subpar item. I attempted to return them four times within the first four days of receiving them.
