I had a quote for van insurance and the agent was Will Poyser and I have to say he was superb. He got me a great price after an initial shock quote. highly recommend one sure and Will in particular.
Aimee was super helpful. Was courteous and kind and spent time explaining things and giving the right advice. This advice was outstanding and helped get the service that I needed. My day went from bad to good after speaking to her and her getting the best for my work. Thank you.
Had an issue with payment links which meant our policy was scheduled for cancellation which was alarming, but upon phoning up today and yesterday the team were happy to help, didn't spend too long on hold and they waved the late payment fee as they understood it wasn't our fault. Tom Carter in particular was very helpful and friendly!
Do not trust or use this company they miss sold me van insurance then cancelled it then are still taking 75% of the money out of my account I'm taking them to court they are crooks please stay away 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🙃😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 worst insurance company in the land
