Completely disappointing experience. This travel agent took my money and failed to deliver even the most fundamental level of professionalism. There was no adequate briefing prior to travel—no clear itinerary, no guidance, and no explanations regarding arrangements. This negligence left me unprepared and inconvenienced throughout the journey. The most frustrating aspect was the total lack of support while abroad. When I needed help, the agent was unresponsive, unavailable, and completely unhelpful. Messages and calls went unanswered, and there was no accountability. A travel agent who disappears when their client is overseas is simply irresponsible. This experience caused unnecessary stress in a foreign country and did not come close to justifying the money spent. I strongly recommend avoiding this travel agent. Save yourself the hassle and choose someone more professional and reliable.
