A month ago, I decided to buy two more sets for my wife to help maintain her motorbike during the winter. The packages arrived a few days ago, and while inspecting the contents, I found a single pin missing, a minor component. I thought, "I'll just ask the seller to send the missing pin via regular mail." The reason for this review is that I received only the missing pin and the additional accessories that were not lacking. I reached out to the representative, thinking there might have been a misunderstanding, but was informed that there were no mistakes, and to simply enjoy my weekend. What more could you want from an online seller regarding service, pricing, and customer support? They have earned my lasting loyalty to their shop; with five bikes at home, we'll definitely check their offers first in the future. Thank you!
