I'm a licensed physician in
Florida. Needed a prescription for myself, not a controlled substance, but was told after I had sent in my script and check and ID that they would not fill self-prescribed medication. Lost a good customer and will tell others of my experience
The live chat representative was quite helpful. However, the process of creating a patient profile was quite frustrating. Using an Android device made it more challenging. I initially forgot to enter a date of birth for the patient (a pet), which resulted in an error that also erased all medication details and my own birthday. After re-entering the pet's birthday and medications, I received another error stating that my birthday was necessary, and once again, all medication information was lost. Additionally, I expected to pay using a credit card or PayPal, so it was odd to have to pay by check, which took me quite a while to locate! Lastly, the processing and shipping times were much longer than I had anticipated.
I placed my order on December 10th. By December 28th, I was informed that it had been processed and shipped weeks earlier, yet the website still did not reflect this. It shipped on December 11th, but now it indicates that arrival won't be until January 12th-19th. This is an excessively long wait for important medications.
THE SERVICE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, OFTEN FAILING TO PROVIDE FINAL DETAILS, INCLUDING PRICING OF PRODUCTS. THEY ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS THROUGH ACH, WHICH IS AN OUTDATED METHOD FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS.
