Frustrating and unresponsive experience

I was unable to reach them by phone. I was repeatedly asked to leave a voicemail, but none of my calls were returned. Despite my doctor sending in my prescription, it wasn't available online, and I was instructed to call (which didn't go well). I placed my order, hoping to access the right screen, but when I entered my code for free shipping, the page disappeared. Trying again, I found the free shipping option gone, and my prescription was still missing. After this five-day struggle, I lost trust in the site.

Slow confirmation process

The pharmacy took too long to confirm my order. Once confirmed, I opted for expedited shipping due to the delay, but payment confirmation took even longer. Ultimately, the expedited shipping took two weeks from the shipping date to delivery. The total time from order to delivery was 44 days.
