Poor service…

I received a message that my parcel could not be delivered as it couldn’t be left in a safe place. I was home at the time as I work from home. Then I was told my parcel could be collected from Nibbles cafe on Hardgreaves Street and when I went there today Saturday 18 October I was told they didn’t have it.

Picked up my Amazon parcel from WOTSO Kogarah - really easy and convenient . Staff were friendly and helpful, and it's a handy location. Looks like it's a new pickup spot, but everything worked perfectly.Great experience overall!

Initially I had trouble finding the Moolap depot and rang a number. The person could not have been more helpful. I found the pick-up spot, and the staff there were terrific.Maybe FOXTEL need to get their information correct as the address they had on their site was an old one!!

It was so easy to set up the return of this parcel.Downloading the label for the return, instructions on where to lodge it and it took maybe two minutes to send it. The receipt was in my email when I arrived home.Could not be better.
