Untrustworthy Service with False Promises

This service is unreliable. They guaranteed publication of my paper in a Medline indexed journal within 90 days and charged me a significant amount. Now, six months have passed, and it still hasn't been published. They no longer answer my calls. I reached out to their support team via email, but there has been no response. I am also receiving threats from one of their employees, who stated, "We will not issue a refund, do whatever you want." I feel deceived by them and strongly advise others to be cautious.
