If i could give no stars i would. I paid to have pants returned in Jan have the Australia post proof they have been returned but cantebury are refusing to refund they keep escalating messages to warehouse and keep telling me 3 to 5 days to look into have tried this 3 times. I have tried calling and apparently no managers available to talk to. I just have to wait months on end for someone from warehouse. What an absolute joke. Worst customer service
Thanks Canterbury for maintaining the production of quality sports wear apparel. Canterbury products are always comfortable and made to go the distance in real world use rather than simply looking good online to obtain a sale. Kudos to Canterbury, fingers crossed quality garments that last do not send the bust as I these products last years.
