If I could rate this lower than one star, I definitely would. I didn't even make a purchase, yet their customer service was disappointing. It takes an eternity for them to respond to inquiries. They often claim they're looking into an issue, but then you never receive any follow-up.

Fantastic product - but!

Fantastic product! The Smoking Master Roshi is now my backdrop for zoom calls! I loved the quality and feel right from the box. It was easy to hang, with no issues. However, I will deduct a star for poor communication regarding shipping; it took almost a month to arrive. Knowing the timeframe upfront would have alleviated my concerns.
