I honestly like your products and customer service. I used Expertvoice (promotive) for the first responder discount to purchase my new cooler and just realized that that there wasn’t a discount applied. I don’t mind but just felt like I was mislead. Maybe the affiliation with that website needs to be looked at again.
I made a claim back in July but never got a response, so I decided to call your customer service number on the cooler a gentleman picked up and try to find my claim. After not seeing anything with my name, he had me fill out another claim and I got a response right away. Thank for your assistance and quick response.
