This site NEEDS a better security, bro I have seen some "things" that are just absolutely disgusting. Plus some people are just posting a bunch of Ai, and brainrot videos, sometimes even both at the same time!
I have no trust that youtube don't use my personal data without my consent.
I will ask google to delete all my accounts, but before, for sure i will read their terms. If any of it are not in line with laws i will sue them. Because they use human weakness and use all the data to take control on any parts of human lives.
Seriously one of the most bug filled piece of crap sites I’ve used. Way too many commercials and the app never works and everything is setup so archaic. Videos are cool but that’s cause of the creators. The platform itself is complete shit. We need a better youtube
Unrealistic greedy ad experience. 20-30 second ads between 2 minute songs is blatant greed, I'll subscribe to other services like spotify before using YouTube for songs and videos are available on so many other apps and sites now YouTube is unnecessary
Been using youtube with my same account for almost a decade. All of a sudden, this week youtube decided it was going to soft ban my account. It kept displaying "Content not available." on all my videos. It started a little then it became heavy. I've done nothing to warrant a ban but watch videos. I don't even leave comments either. I'm thankful I'm an account hopper so I'm not ban limited by this bs. I’ve run into soft ban issues of youtube’s ai banning me or trying to ban me for some reason. I’m thankful I don’t pay youtube one cent for this service.
I also don’t understand why it’s brick-walling many more useless features behind their paywalls. From 4x speed which would be virtually impossible for most people. To offering a totally useless ai feature that gives songs lyrics but only gives the first few words – oh, wait I could get around this bs with a google search. To making their videos virtually unwatchable without a youtube ad blocker then cracking down on people when it detects that in your browser. The 10 second ads were watchable. Some ads are set so high that the videos are virtually unwatchable. I’m tired of most of the content on youtube being presented by left or right ring liberalists with zero say in what is posted. Now and then I’ll start to see soft porn thumbnails crop up and I just report those. I’m fed up with a lot of the ai slop content that is being presented on youtube these days and people have no shame when they shadow clone sites to cash in on the high views for profit.
I’ll for ever use back door options to get around their bs of age restrictions (first amendment violation) coupled with countries cracking down on their ads. I’ll never pay youtube one cent to bow down to their ads and other bs they’re trying to push.
starting this moment i'm boycotting Youtube for the amount of ads they keep playing in one singe hour of use. its unbearable and super frustrating. one uses it to watch stuf or listen to music yet instead of enjoying it the experience turns horribly wrong because of the recurrence of ads. irritating.
10 years ago would be a different story.
But this app has gotten worse and worse each year.
First of all, the amount of ads is insane, I only use premium because I'm apart of a family subscription, but I would never pay for this slop my self, I have been using ad blockers for years and it's never failed me, and brave works as well.
The website also randomly just freezes, even though all other sites work.
The home page half full of shorts, and they keep on recommending the same thing even if you have watched nothing like it.
This platform has truly gotten to the point where I actually hardly use it anymore, there's a lot of good on it, but nothing of that good comes from Youtube itself.
Why does the platform permit these scammers to advertise? They are endorsing this behavior, and despite being aware of the scams, they continue to let them promote their services. This reflects poorly on the platform. When will action be taken to stop these scammers? The platform needs to take accountability and prevent these ads from appearing. One particular ad for a mini portable WiFi router claims a 14-day money-back guarantee, but that's a complete lie. I attempted to get my money back, but my email went unanswered. There’s no contact number or customer service, just an email address. They ensure that you can’t get any refunds. So, platform, take responsibility and put an end to these scams.
This is an incredibly disappointing and homophobic platform that made me feel uncomfortable. The comments are disturbingly negative, forcing me to stop using the service due to the judgmental and hateful attitudes prevalent here. It’s unsettling to witness so much animosity directed at others, as some individuals seem to take pleasure in tearing down good people. Their heartless behavior is not only illogical but also indicative of a deeper issue. At the end of the day, we are all human, and there’s no reason for such hatred over differing opinions. If you dislike a video, simply move on instead of spreading negativity. Those who harbor such cruel sentiments are not worth engaging with, as their words and actions are simply cringeworthy.
Extremely disappointing; it takes an overwhelming amount of time just to earn a small amount. Additionally, the platform is filled with bugs and issues. Their system meant to eliminate copyrighted content from videos simply fails to function.
