I started having trouble making my weekly payments due to job moving extremely slow. Capital dude filled a lawsuit with me then with my builder. I had 100,000 in change orders with my builder and had built up over 180,000 in retainge. My builder said it was too much exposure for them. The final act , capital dude waited until my 28 year old son received his tax return then they took his money out of a Bank of America account. He was an employee with a 2 and 5 year old. He didn’t have any thing to do with my business. He was the only thing these scum bags could get to. My advice to anyone thinking of using them would be absolutely do not do it! The Texas Plumber
My repayment was until 12/4 and this company is demanding I pay them an additional $1800 I do NOT owe. I paid back what was lent to me plus $30,000+ in fees. (Over the course of only 1.5 years)Never EVER EVER trust this company.
