I've used Capricorn twice for a residential mortgage and a buy to let remortgage. Lewis Hutton helped on both and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. He was very clear with explaining our options and running through various different scenarios so we could make an informed decision. We had a couple of purchases fall through which meant we had to go back to the drawing board with getting a new mortgage offer organised which Lewis helped us on. Will definitely use again on our next purchase/ sale.
