Great service from my mortgage advisor Ross Culley. He’s been excellent throughout the whole process, explaining me how does it work (I’m a FTB), but also providing me with support and exhaustive information whenever I had questions. He’s always been extremely vigilant, for example proactively asking me if I wanted to review the rates as soon as they were going down. Excellent service!!

Our consultant was extremely helpful, polite and proactive at the beginning, in particular when he reached out to us. He took time to have calls and provide details on the various options, but then AFTER we signed the contract with them - and they were sure we would proceed with them as mortgage advisors - he basically disappeared.I would say their only interest was earning their fee - I am not even sure we got the best mortgage deal on the market as they said.
