Capricorn FC and my advisor - Tianna Ma - were both recommended to me by name when I asked my Estate agent to recommend an efficient financial service to support a house purchase. I had been quoted mortgage interest rates over 6% on a first look through available advisors, but thought I should be able to find something closer to 4% (Feb 2024). I then had a set-back, with a second source of funding that did not come through as expected while I was being pressured to exchange ahead of the agreed time. Having bought a wonderful house at a great fixed mortgage rate, I can't thank Tianna and Capricorn enough for helping me get there, and can highly recommend their services.
