I got my offer accepted with Capricorn.My mortgage adviser was Dan Sinclair who was very helpful and has good communication skills.I was planning to get my mortgage before 30 June but had another brooker. Whenever i called him i didn't reach him and he replied my emails after weeks. Got my documents ready long time ago but he didn't manage to apply right tome and wasted my time everything took almost 2 months . I also paid him before the application. After that Dan from Capricorn contacted me through estate agency and i started to work with him. I sent all my documents to him he found the right lender in a week and the best deal he could get for me. Whole process was very fast and smooth so thanks to him and his team.In my experience, i can advise you to make your research, find someone with good communication skills and get your documents beforehand.
