Review Time
This has to be one of if not the best car purchases from a dealer in over 30 years......and i don`t say this lightly. From the communication at the beginning via phone and email to our arrival the following day the whole experience has left both of us felling glad we tued down two previous viewings at other dealers`.The two brothers were not only friendly and helpful but were engaging and could not do enough for us. The car we purchased was with a part exchange and although the price was unofficially agreed prior to arriving, whilst on the test drive we were offered not less for it but over £250 more with no prompt from us..........If that doesn`t sound like honesty then i dont know what does. The mercedes we have bought is superb and with a 4hour drive back runs like a dream. We are in no doubt that if you are reading this and wondering whether or not to buy from Car o Fair it is unlikely you would ever find a more suitable place.To you both we wish you so much success and prosperity for the future.Shukriya Phil and Chris Somers-James
Well what can I say other than the service from this company is outstanding!From start to finish the owner was friendly, honest and very helpful.I have been looking for this particular car for nearly five years and the stats that I wanted is quite hard to come by. I saw the advertisement from car-o-fair and went for a viewing at their sales lot. We were greeted and made to feel comfortable and not pressured in any way.It was explained very clearly the purchase process and the aftercare process including the warranty.The owner happily delivered the car to my address and was honest about a minor fault that he picked up on while delivering but was very quick to have the car back in the garage the following day to fix said fault and another minor fault that popped up due to the car stood for a couple of weeks.He has literally bent over backwards to give the best customer service ive ever received.I could say even more about how good the owner and the service was but I feel it would make this review even longer than is needed to be.To sum up all I would say is if you want a decent car at a fair price from an honest trader then most definitely go to car-o-fair. I will be recommebeing the company to others and I will have most definitely be going back again in future for another car for me and my family.Huge thank you from myself and my family.
As a repeat customer I would definitely recommend these guys. I had to trade in my beloved Volvo XC90 as my commute has increased considerably. Not onlyDid I get a more than fair exchange for my vehicle they also put me in a new car much more suited to my current needs. Smooth transfer and very helpful throughout the whole process.
Had a excellent experience with the guys at this firm, took my part ex give me more than a fair price on it too, we purchased a lovely Volvo from these guys had a couple small problems but they sorted them very quickly and professionally, will definitely be using you again in the future cheers guys.
Really good cars on the lot , from the moment I arrived I had a warm greeting , the Vw Tiguan I was enquiring about was fully valeted before I got there, looked a million dollars . After a good viewing and a satisfactory test ride I was sure it was for me , low mileage , well cared for by previous owner. Nothing was too much trouble for Mohammed , and a slight tear in seat was repaired without question within a few days , now immaculate , highly recommended, well done.
