The prices were very affordable...the check-in process was fluid...the car was in great shape, clean and very little wear...the driving was responsive...the fuel economy was excellent...the return was lightning-quick..overall, the experience was most enjoyable, and we will be using the service again when we return!!
Awesome service! Picked our entire group up from the airport and had us on our way quickly after we arrived at the rental center. Highly recommend the all inclusive package that gets you the vignette, insurance, reduced deposit, and cleaning service for when the vehicle is returned.
Rented a Dacia Duster for 12 days from Car 1 ( representative for Mex and NU car rental in Sofia)! Used Expedia site to book. I was picked up from the airport by a shuttle to the location. Met with the company staff. Extremely professional and helpful! Flawless process with a lot of support! The SUV was clean, new and well maintained! Drove it to the Black Sea and along the coast! Extremely happy with the vehicle performance! It was Diesel. Return was easy! Very helpful representatives and very nice as well! Highly recommend this company!
