Received wrong item (battery)

I received the wrong item - they dispatched a new one the same day, but I was asked to pay to return the incorrect one. They mentioned they would refund the postage cost, but I would have preferred a prepaid label as I don’t have stamps at home. I may update this review based on the receipt of the correct item. ***Updated review 04/11/2025*** The company contacted me with a thoughtful explanation, which I appreciated. While the issue was resolved quickly, I had to push for a proper postage label and repackage the item myself. It's unfortunate that I had to leave a review to get a proper response, but I'm glad it worked. They clearly listened, and I'm happier with the thoughtful reply. I’m considering updating this to 4 stars, but I need time to reflect.
