Terrible experience with loan settlement

This is the second time I had loan with them. I got the loan in July 2025 and took a loan of £1500. When I asked for a settlement quote to clear the loan in January 2026. After making payments of 5months x £170. I still need to pay £1650 which is more than what i borrowed. When I borrowed I was told that I would paying each month towards both interest and principal amount. its a joke that £1650 still left to pay. Terrible experience this time.

Got a loan ok and was told may as well…

Got a loan ok and was told may as well do 36 month loan as can pay back extra when I want. Made extra payment but it was sat as credit due to being unable to contact them with numerous phone calls. Was told I'd get sent an email with email address to use for contact as no one answers the phone. Still no email received and no idea whether my second payment is going towards my loan yet. Ive had no statements or balances since I started and as yet still no idea whether my extra payments have been paid off due to another 4 unanswered calls

They helped me out when I needed it most. I had a problem late into my agreement. There was no judgement and Christina, my account manager, was amazing. Dealt with things and reassured me everything was fine. Great service.

Don’t use this company

Whoever it is that answers the phone wow she needs a personality transplant rude and unhelpful if you’ve got a problem and your trying to sort it out hmmmm don’t ring them you won’t receive any help at all just threatsVery bad with correspondence no paperwork no phone calls nothing just silence then they threaten a disabled person
