I’m disappointed with my experience at this business. My partner and I both had welded bracelets fitted. The appointment took around an hour — far longer than expected.My partner raised concern at the time that their bracelet was too loose, but we were advised that it was “better to have it loose in case repairs were needed later.” Unfortunately, that advice proved incorrect, as the bracelet came off and was lost within two weeks.When we contacted the business, we were told there would be no replacement or refund because the bracelet was lost, even though the loss resulted directly from the advice given at the fitting. Despite explaining the situation in full, the company repeatedly refused to take any responsibility.We expected a more professional and customer-focused response, especially given the circumstances.
They put my daughter completely at ease with their friendly approachable and professional advice. The knowledge and skills they showed throughout our visit enabled us both to feel confident and happy. The advice was great and the earrings and piercing have been perfect.
