I got my ear lobes pierced today and the entire process went really smoothly. They had so much variety of earrings there (I got the titanium star ⭐️). Everything was sterilised and clean, I had everything explained to me and overall Rebecca was very professional and friendly. I’m really happy with my piercings and hope to get my seconds done here sometime again!
I took my daughter (16 yr old) here for a nose piercing. Darryn and Rebecca were the most patient people. They were very thorough when explaining all procedures and also insisted on taking our ID and details before starting - I really appreciate this kind of detail and care. They sterilised everything for 10 minutes.Rebecca did the piercing and was so gentle and precise. Darryn has a no-nonsense approach which I think is vital in a place like this, he won't bend the rules and oversees all the work here. It felt very reassuring (I was more nervous than my daughter).
