Really nice staff, making you feel like the only customer in the room. It's expensive though. I didn't realise I was buying a £65 stud until I was paying (and then I ended up losing it the next day which reminded me this happened before so I think I'm jinxed).
10/10 across the board. The staff here are highly experienced and passionate about their work. Jewellery is of the highest quality, which may be pricey, but the staff only recommend what you need, no up-selling here. The interior is sleek, dark and cozy, with great (paid) parking at the rear. Can't recommend this place enough, won't be going anywhere else!
Rebecca and Daryl were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic whilst also being thorough and very professional. They were a joy to meet and be pierced by. I left with a very cool piercing which I love.One of the balls fell off the first afternoon and they replaced it for me free of charge the next day which was great.I’ve had no trouble at all with healing but I love that they offer, and in fact proactively encourage, free check up visits to let them see how it’s healing. I will definitely be back!!
Absolutely brilliant experience. My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced here and the staff could not have been more thorough, patient and importantly safe/careful. They explained the process and aftercare really well and obviously take great pride in their work and hygiene standards. The jewellery they use is the best quality and the piercings have healed really nicely, with no issues. Daryl was also very helpful when one earring came out a couple of months later (due to my daughter playing with it!) and helped get it back in. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wishing to get piercings - and especially for parents of young people who want to get their first piercing.
