Where to start.
Firstly the website and booking process were first class. All necessary information was clearly explained in detail in the site, and booking itself was easy.
The prices were very fair considering the expertise and materials used.
The premises are really well layed out. Very clean with very cool decor.
I was asked for ID and went though some paperwork. I wasn't rushed at all and felt totally at ease. The gentleman who did my piercings oozed capability and was a really nice guy.
He explained that the jewelry itself was high end certified titanium, which isn't the case most places. He sterilised the jewelry and needle in front of me in a cool looking machine. As that was happening he marked me with a new sterile pen ready for the piercings, and gave me the pen to take home. All PPE (Gloves etc) were in a sealed, one use pack, just for my appointment.
The piercing itself was quick and easy. He clearly has alot of expertise and skill in what he does.
I was given some supplies for aftercare and was on my way.
From beginning to end the experience was perfect. I have total faith in Cardiff Piercing. I would recommend them to anyone and will be going back myself.

The care and professionalism at this piercers is always top notch. Won't consider going anywhere else. The premises are clean, stylish and well maintained. The staff are always welcoming, amusing but professional. Procedures are done cleanly, efficiently and in a way that minimises physical trauma. I'm unsure about access for more disabled people as the main area is up a flight of stairs, but it's worth emailing to see what accommodation can be made.
