Had issues with the product. Found the aftersales team pretty unresponsive to email and and had to repeatedly chase by telephone for answers and updates. They eventually sent a replacement but same issues. Decided to bypass Care Alarms and speak directly with manufacturer who confirmed defect and advised solution.

Ordered a care alarm watch from them for my dad. The thing was so complicated that neither me or my partner could figure it out for ages. I’d say we were both pretty tech savvy.If we struggled then, a 78 year-old would have no chance. We finally got it working but it took two hours plus a phone call where the customer service agent couldn’t help and told us to ring the manufacturer. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
The watch tracker is wholly unsuitable for people with dementia. Too many features that dementia patients can’t use and just cause confusion.The returns policy totally denies a person their statutory rights under both distance selling regulations and Consumer Rights. Avoid.
