I ordered three bottles as a gift, but they arrived completely unprotected, resulting in shattered glass and broken caps. I immediately emailed customer service with clear photos of the damage. Despite this, they redundantly asked for photos again, causing further delays. Because of this poor handling, I couldn't deliver the gift to my friend on time. I expected a much more professional and empathetic approach. Extremely disappointed with both the packaging and the support process

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The items I received did not match what I ordered, and even after providing pictures showing exactly what came in the box, I had to follow up multiple. When the two missing items were finally shipped, the box arrived with a very strong scent. One of the bottles had come completely unscrewed and was empty upon arrival. For the price paid, I expected far better quality control and customer service.Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed, and I would not recommend ordering from this company based on how poorly the situation was handled.
I CRAVE WOOLZIES!!! Especially the SWEET PEACH!!! This is my FOREVER Lip baLm!!! Goodbye chapstick!!! I LOVELOVELOVE the SweetPeach Tint on my Lips!!! It goes on smooth, creamy, & light, but packs a punch on coLor and moisture. I found it at Marshall's. Im about to order a couple of packs RIGHT NOW!!! Thank you!!!
Beware: I've tried two different Woolzies tinted lip balms, and my lips have had major reactions to both. I tried the Pumpkin Pie tint one day, and my lips completely broke out into welts that then crusted over. When I read the ingredients more closely, I saw that they used very strong agents like clove oil and spices like nutmeg. Weeks later, I tried the Sweet Peach tint, which did not have any listed ingredients that would seemingly cause a reaction. After one day of use, my lips completely swelled up to at least twice their size. They are sore and itchy at the same time.I have been using lip products for decades: I have NEVER had any serious reactions to any of them. Woolzies must not be using purified ingredients in safe amounts, and they must not be doing safety testing before selling them.
I originally found Woolzies at a Marshalls and now use their site for picking up specific products when I can't find them. Their essential oils are outstanding. I love their toners (I've tried rosewater and aloe), and I HIGHLY recommend their muscle pain relief spray (that works REALLY WELL!). I have sensitive skin and have not had any issues with anything I've purchased.
