I attended the webinar “ Your career has no limits” Great advise and constructive review of how to promote yourself to future employees and recruiters. I’m looking forward to putting all his tips in to play to develop myself and my career further.
I joined one of Aneal’s free sessions after seeing a post from a LinkedIn contact recommending his webinars. His approach to “branding” yourself using your STORY and the STAR model felt authentic and practical — with no gimmicks.What stood out most was that there was no sales pitch, just genuine advice and tips that I could use. He even stayed beyond the scheduled time to answer questions, which shows how much he cares.If you’re job searching or reworking your CV, I’d definitely recommend checking him out — you’ll definitely come away with something new.

I saw Aneal was running a free session via a LinkedIn connection. I watched one of his posts and what he said about becoming despondent with rejection really resonated so thought I would sign up.I liked his take on how to “brand” yourself - it wasn’t trying to reinvent the wheel and was based around the STAR model, which most people will be familiar with, and encourages you to focus on your values in addition to your achievements. This is different to a lot of “advice” I see out there and something I could relate to - it’s about you being yourself rather than adopting a persona and being something you’re not.I was expecting an up-sell at some point but there wasn’t one and I think this is what really raised my perception of Aneal’s approach; this was a free session, with practical tips you could start applying straight away. The session was advertised as 45 minutes, but I had to leave after an hour and he was still taking questions. I believe this demonstrates Aneal’s genuine drive to help people. All too often you hear people in this space saying they’re “passionate” about helping others but don’t really give you anything without a subscription or payment. In this case, it totally came through that Aneal meant what he says. His insight into using LinkedIn and being proactive was also helpful, and his structured approach to job seeking and daily actions would definitely have helped prevent me downward spiralling when looking for work. I’m sure he has more to offer should you wish to take up further sessions with him.I would recommend giving Aneal a try and I think you will learn something you didn’t know before when it comes to CV writing.

Despite being a TA Professional myself I came away with a fresh perspective and will marry my STAR with my STORY! Aneal really is passionate about helping people realise and showcase their potential.

You could see Aneal's passion for his subject and his genuine desire to help people be successful.The slides were great, easy to follow, with lot's of actionable tips.It made so much sense, when you find the things that you are proud and passionate about, you convey who you are. And that's what you want to show on your CV and talk about in an interview.I would recommend Aneal's session to all job hunters.
