Contacted by Allison kershaw at customer services in Blackburn . Very informative very friendly and helpful as I’m not good with technology. Explained thing in detail to me also helped me choose fall alert too . Highly recommend this company. Never had any problems with company. Answer alarm very quickly had them for years Helen
Sophie Farrant was extremely helpful, efficient and kind while setting up a daily automated check in for me. As I live alone except for my animals in the middle of nowhere and do not have anyone I can rely on to be a daily contact this will give me peace of mind. If I am ever unable to respond to the call by pressing 1 on my phone a person will ring and if necessary send the emergency services. I don't want to become one of those awful statistics where a skeleton is eventually discovered and I want my animals to be returned promptly to their respective sanctuaries. I have been intending to get a keybox for some time and the company was also able to provide one and keep a note of the code for it. The cost is less than £1 a day which I consider reasonable for a service I have been unable to access anywhere except from Careium.
After cancelling our subscription after my father sadly passed away, I spoke to a wonderful gentleman called Denys Oleksiienko David ho talked me through how to return the equipment. He was very professional and very caring and sympathetic at what is a difficult time. He checked through all my details professionally and thoroughly it was a joy speaking to him. Thank you Denys
