We have recently moved over to Careline Live from a previous provider and the transition has been simple. The whole system has been a revelation in terms of ease of use for the office, carer's and client's. I seem to have so much more time on my hands to be able to achieve other important admin tasks rather than our previous poorly managed system!The help and support from the team when we have struggled with something has been second to none, they seem to go above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the switch to CareLine live to anyone sitting on the fence.
For three months now, I've been utilizing this app, and while there are aspects I adore, it's quite inflexible and doesn't cater to everyone’s needs. Unfortunately, their customer support isn't very helpful, as they often perceive suggestions as negative feedback. The team could improve by being more receptive to customer input. Although the app has the potential to be fantastic, I've decided to stop using it until they recognize that a single approach doesn't suit everyone.
I have been using the application for 3 months, there are bits l love and the application is so rigid its a not a one size fits all and their team cannot help, customer services is really bad, they take new ideas as criticism they need to need to listen to their customer and it has room to be a great app but currently dropping them until they know one size does not fit all.
A highly comprehensive system for care providers which is hugely customisable to meet your individual needs and those of your client base. Care Circle is a fantastic tool, allowing us to easily share relevant information with clients, families and other health and social care providers. Always somebody available to help on live chat for immediate issues that need resolving any time of night or day. I really enjoyed and learnt quite a lot about how to do marketing especially as an apprentice who only just started this job in September 2024 and now I am learning so many new skills that were discussed in my previous Elborough meetings about how we can inspire our social media posts to be more popular with the audience and get our name out there. Very informative and would like to thank everyone who hosted the webinar for helping me learn more.
