This service fails to reply to numerous attempts to reach out about a return. They claim to accept returns, yet ignore customers when they try to proceed. There are many discussions online about the service being unresponsive and lacking a customer support number. It seems like a scam. I strongly advise against using them. I will have to initiate a chargeback as they refuse to respond to any of my inquiries.
It has been more than two weeks since I placed my order, and I have not received any tracking information or updates. The website only directs me to "track your order with shop," but there is no information available. I have contacted the support team twice and even reached out on social media, but have not received any response. I understand that it's a busy period, but for the price, I expected at least a tracking number. I am now left uncertain about whether I have lost my money.
I ordered a product on 12/11/2025, and the site indicated free shipping in 7-13 days, leading me to believe it would arrive before Christmas. I’ve emailed for an estimated delivery time but received no reply. I researched the company and found mixed reviews, with some noting it ships from overseas. Had I known, I would have chosen a different retailer. I frequently order from other platforms, and their deliveries are faster! I just hope I haven’t been scammed out of $134. A simple email confirming my order and estimated delivery would have been appreciated.
I ordered my new guitar on Monday 09-12-25 and received it today, Thursday 11-12-25. This is impressive service! They also provided an additional year of warranty. Everything was well-packaged and included ample information for getting started. I look forward to future interactions with the company.
