I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Cargo Force. During the transit of my shipment, one of my boxes — weighing around 30kg and valued at approximately £2,000 — went missing in the DPD warehouse. Despite raising a claim and providing all the necessary details, both Cargo Force and DPD have failed to locate the missing box.What’s worse, I was offered only £100 in compensation, which is completely unacceptable given the value and importance of the items that were lost. I also find it concerning that two boxes were collected from my location, but only the smaller one was delivered — how can a 30kg box simply disappear without any proper investigation?My name was clearly written on the box, so even if the shipping label came off, it should still be traceable. I have repeatedly asked Cargo Force to request a more thorough search from DPD, but the response so far has been slow and dismissive.Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and minimal compensation have left me deeply frustrated. I trusted Cargo Force to handle my shipment professionally, but this experience has been stressful, disappointing, and costly. I would strongly urge others to be cautious before using their service.
I have recently sent four large boxes of household items to Perth, Australia. As an ageing man, I initially found some difficulty with filling in the paperwork but Mr Anwar Shaikh, at Cargo Force, eased me through this with great patience.I found the process simple in the end, and very reasonably priced. I was delighted that the goods arrived safely with my daughter in Australia only four days after I took them to East Midlands Airport. I can recommend this company for excellent service and assistance.
We booked a big parcel to India and cargo force was the best on price and delivery. The service and comms was also great. Overall a great value for money. We would have struggled to send it from any other service as the parcel was big and cargo force did it at the fraction of a price in just 7 days
we gave good opinion for cargo force service recently for Rafique but I regret and withdraw my opinion. we booked small cargo for 33 kg and he booked , delivery after 14 days to our destination. From UK we could bring by truck in 12 days to our destination. We decided to bring by air because of urgency. he booked without warning us and we came to know after we got AWB. He gave lame excuses. We decided to stop future business with Cago force.
Very nice service from this company. Instructions were very clear, Rafiqe was really helpful.We had no issues to collect our luggages, there was a minor handling fee to be paid at the airport when we collected items and few forms to be completed as well.Will use the service from this company again.
